Welcome to REB Creative Studio. By accessing this website, registering for camps, classes, parties, or any services provided by REB Creative Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration and Payment

Registration for camps, classes, workshops, Arty Hours, and events is completed once payment has been received and confirmed.

Payments reserve a participant's space. Due to limited availability and preparation of supplies, spaces may be limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.

REB Creative Studio reserves the right to refuse service or registration when necessary.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments made to REB Creative Studio are non refundable. Materials and supplies are purchased in advance based on registration numbers.

If a participant cannot attend a scheduled camp, class, or event, credits or transfers may be considered at the discretion of REB Creative Studio and are not guaranteed.

REB Creative Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, camps, or events due to low enrollment, weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. If cancellation occurs on our end, families will receive notice regarding available options.

Participant Expectations

REB Creative Studio strives to provide a welcoming, creative, and safe environment for all artists.

Participants are expected to:

• Show kindness and respect toward instructors and fellow artists
• Use art materials responsibly
• Follow studio and safety guidelines
• Respect studio property and supplies

Repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from an activity without refund.

Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration and emergency contact information.

Please notify REB Creative Studio of allergies, medical concerns, or accommodations that may impact participation.

Parents are responsible for timely drop off and pickup of participants.

Photography and Media

Photo and media permissions are addressed separately during the registration process. Families are responsible for reviewing and completing all required forms before participation.

Artwork and Personal Belongings

Participants may create and take home artwork completed during programs unless otherwise noted.

REB Creative Studio is not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten personal belongings.

Health and Safety

Participants who are sick or experiencing symptoms of illness may be asked to stay home for the safety of others.

REB Creative Studio reserves the right to make adjustments to health and safety procedures when necessary.

All content on this website, including logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, and original materials, belongs to REB Creative Studio unless otherwise stated.

Waivers and Agreements

Participation in REB Creative Studio programs, camps, classes, workshops, and events requires completion of all applicable registration forms, waivers, and acknowledgments. By registering, families confirm they have reviewed and agreed to the required policies and documentation.
